Faulty design and terrible service. We bought one but it kept on breaking down. Even after all the faults they won't replace with a new one and a refund is totally out of the question. Experience was so bad that I won't buy anything else from this so called brand.

I purchased Kent Pearl Star RO 11L. In 3 months from date of purchase it filled the tank drop-by-drop. Engineer was requested, he changed only membrane and external sediment filter. Again in few months the issue started and now they are telling to change all the filters. Worst product, worst customer care. Everything is worst and waste of time and money. If you buy the product you need to keep on changing internal filters once in 3 months which they didn't inform us before purchase date, but now they are telling that each and every 3 months we have to change all the filters inside RO. They said machine support till 1500 TDS, but it does not even withstand 700TDS.

@@KentROSystemsLtd The RO machine has been giving out purified water at a very slow pace. I reported it for a service, but the engineer only changed the membrane, cleaned the machine and left, it was only temporary and he did not even provide us with a permanent solution. Again, we have been noticing slow water output into the filtration tank from April month onwards, we requested an engineer, this time he too didn't give us any proper solution and the issue is still prevailing. The engineer is suggesting we change all the filters. The machine was recently bought which is 6 months back and it's functionality is totally not upto to par, which is totally disappointing from your side. Reasons of why it made us hate your services: 1) FALSE HOPES 2) TIME CONSUMING PROCESS 3) MONEY DIGGING 4) IRRELEVANT SOLUTIONS/TEMPORARY SOLUTION WITH ISSUES PREVAILING 5) IGNORANT CUSTOMER CARE

I registered complaint via call to your customer care on 29/05/2024 at 9.30 am .complaint no. 240529-00920 for RO water purifier is not in working condition. At eveng your ASP technical team visit at home and check after checking he said purifier filter is not working , we changed filter under warranty without any charge. After due course he report to his agency and denied to change and service. Next day i make call again to customer care at 1.48 pm and complaint regarding behaviour and non service , customer care executive mark reminder at my above complaint and assure me to visit with in 2 hours by senior technician but no technician visit on 30 may , he came on date 31 may at 6.45 pm around and again denied to service under warranty

Next day i make call again to customer care at 1.48 pm and complaint regarding behaviour and non service , customer care executive mark reminder at my above complaint and assure me to visit with in 2 hours by senior technician but no technician visit on 30 may , he came on date 31 may at 6.45 pm around and again denied to service under warranty
